If you're a customer of Salesforce, you can login to the success community and start building your profile. Alternatively, you can sign up for your own developer org and use these credentials to log in to the success community. You can now also link your certification and trailhead badges to your success community profile to help validate that you actually know what you are talking about!
There are lots of chatter groups available on the success community. You can join these groups to keep up to date with information most relevant to you.
The success community features a forum for customers to ask 'how to' questions. As a member of the community you can respond to these questions with an answer or solution to their question.
Regular contributors to the community can be recognised by Salesforce by being considered as a Salesforce MVP.
Blogging can be a great way to share your thoughts and ideas relating to Salesforce.
Starting a blog is simple using sites such as Wordpress.
Try and be original with your content.
3. Social Media
Another forum for you to build up presence in the Salesforce ecosystem and arguably the most popular is by utilising social media channels such as Twitter and LinkedIn.
Whether it's thoughts on the latest release featuresor handy tips, then social media is a simple and effective way to share your ideas.
